Welcome to London Heathrow and the Virgin Atlantic Revivals Lounge. I haven’t had a chance to review the Virgin Arrivals lounge because I have not traveled to London via LHR in years. The last time I was here was ~2018 so I’m interested to see how things the Revivals Lounge has changed. This review is a continuation of our trip to London with our 5 month old daughter. We arrived here on Virgin Atlantic’s A350 In Upper Class(Full Review Here).
Bottom Line: The Virgin Atlantic Revivals Lounge is pretty great. There are better lounges in the world, but the ability to get a hot shower, a cooked to order breakfast, and a cup of coffee is greatly apricated after an overnight flight. I would gladly return.
Virgin Atlantic Revivals Lounge Location

The Virgin Atlantic Revivals lounge is located in LHR Terminal 3. This part of the terminal is after Immigration and Customs(not airside). To get here after landing in LHR, you need to enter the UK, collect your baggage, then take an elevator(Lift) to the 1st floor. There is very good signage, just follow the arrows to the Virgin Lounge.
Virgin Atlantic Revivals Lounge Access Rules
To access the Virgin Atlantic Revivals Lounge you must qualify in some way. This is an arrivals lounge, so you have to arrived into LHR. We arrived here on Virgin Atlantic in Upper Class so we immediately get access.

The Virgin Arrivals lounge is open every day from 5:00 am to 12:30 pm.
Virgin Atlantic Revivals Lounge Space

The Virgin Arrivals lounge is a relatively small space. This is the entire lounge. One room with a cafe bar at one end and about a dozen tables with different types of seating options.
Virgin Atlantic Revivals Luggage Storage

The Virgin Atlantic Revivals lounge is not airside. It’s in the public side of the airport and after luggage claim for arriving passengers. Because most people would have their bags with them at this point, there’s a nice room to store luggage.
Virgin Atlantic Revivals Lounge Showers

There is nothing quite as nice as taking a shower after arriving on an overnight flight. The Virgin Revivals arrivals lounge has some pretty nice shower rooms available. You give your name to the agent when you check in at the desk and they assign a shower room for you.
They are stocked with toiletries and fresh towels.
Virgin Atlantic Revivals Lounge Dining

The best part about the Virgin arrivals lounge here at LHR is the full made to order breakfast menu. This ordering is done via QR code on each table and a waiter will bring your meal. I’m happy to report that the eggs and toast were good. Simple and just what I wanted.

The menu changes from time to time and is posted on the Virgin Revivals Lounge Website. I’m a big fan of lounge concepts like this. I’ll take a buffet, but made to order is clearly better. I paired by eggs with tea. Val had a benedict with cappuccino.

If you do want something a little lighter and faster, there is a small continental selection.
Virgin Atlantic Revivals Lounge LHR Final Thoughts
The Virgin Revivals lounge is a great place to take a shower, eat some breakfast, and relax after an overnight Transatlantic flight to London. It’s been several years since I’ve visited the Virgin Arrivals lounge here at LHR, but I’m happy to report it’s still solid.
The Virgin lounge space itself isn’t huge, but I’ve never really seen it busy. I think enough people landing in London either skip the Revivals Lounge or only stop in briefly to get refreshed. That’s what we did. In total, I think we only spent about 45 minutes here. First we took showers then ate some breakfast. They do a good job of turning over both the shower rooms and the breakfast plates.
All in, if I have the opportunity to use the Virgin Revivals Lounge here at LHR, I’ll do so.
