Here’s my trip back home. Pretty straight forward week for me. Quick trip to Ohio, but I’m ready to go home. It was valentines day when I was flying, so I was running a bit late to the airport, I had to stop and grab some flowers.

Dayton Ohio Airport (DAY)

After clearing security, I headed to the B terminal (concourse?). This is where Delta has their gates. I didn’t have time to check out the “Business Center.” Next time.

Up the stairs, I’m leaving out of gate 14 on the right. I walked up right as they starting calling pre-boarding.

Down the jetbridge. I forgot it was cold outside…
Delta CRJ200 Economy Exit Row Review

My ride up to Detroit. I’ve had more CRJ200 flights in the last few months than I’ve had in a while. Not sure why.

Here’s the exit row from the CRJ200. Not exciting or even nice really.

I honestly don’t even know if there is any extra room in these seats. I keep selecting them, and I really don’t know. I do know row 7 isn’t great, it’s right in-front of the exit row and the seat rears are bolt upright and don’t recline. Same with the last row on each side, the one on the left had side of the plane are truly terrible, its right next to the bathroom and engine.

Anyway, we are soon on the way. Somewhat full flight, but not completely.

Quick service on this flight. Just cookies or cheese-its, no drink service. Very short flight from Dayton to Detroit. Very adequate.
Detroit Airport Transfer

Soon I was off the plane and into the B concourse. Usually the CRJs come to the B/C concourse here at DTW.

Soon I was down into the tunnel on the way to the A concourse.

I always enjoy this airport. Easily the best airport in the US.

I took the train this time as I was going to hit the Skyclub for a little snack. The skyclub entrance is in the train stations in the ends of the terminal.
Delta 717 Comfort Plus Review

I had a nice window seat on my trip down to GSP. No in seat entertainment, but this flight is about an hour, so I’ll survive.

There’s plenty of space in these seats. There’s also power, both USB and 110AC.

Pretty, cold, snowy night.

We took off to the south and had a nice view of the water front.

Mood lights in full effect for this nighttime flight.

Very clear night. I believe this is Johnson City Tennessee. It really stood out in the darkness.

Snack service was quick, Cheez-its and Coke. I was considering a Sweetwater 420(My current favorite beer), but I had already had 2 beers in the Skyclub and was tired.

About an hour of flying later and we are getting close to Greenville.

And back to GSP.

Finally the walk back to my car. Very boring trip.
